This Accessibility Statement applies to the website of the ‘PflegeDitigal 2.0’ project by the Media Technology Department of HAW Hamburg, which can be accessed via the initial link https://www.pflegedigital20.de/

HAW Hamburg is committed to ensuring barrier-free digital access for people with disabilities. Status of compliance with requirements

The applicable accessibility requirements are derived from Article 1 HmbBITVO in conjunction with Article 3 paragraphs 1 to 4 and Article 4 of the Federal BITV, which was enacted on the basis of Article 11 of the Hamburg Disability Equality Act (Hamburger Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz, HmbBGG).

This website is partially compliant with the Disability Equality Acts at Federal and State level (Bundes-Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz, BGG, and Landes-Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz, LGG), BITV and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

The following aspects are not compliant with BITV:

  • Some descriptions of elements may not be sufficiently informative.
  • Some elements (such as opening and closing zoomed images) cannot be accessed or controlled via the keyboard.
  • Users who are blind, colour-blind or have vision impairments may not be able to correctly recognise some of the contents.
